Lookfantastic Christmas Edition Beauty Box 2020

How is it December already? I genuinely have no idea, but December is my favourite month of the year, so I was excited to see the Lookfantastic Christmas Edition Beauty Box 2020, as December is usually the *best* month for all beauty boxes.

Beauty box brands tend to go all out with their festive boxes, and I have the Lookfantastic December 2020 box to show you today. My box is set to arrive imminently, so I’ll update this post with my own images as soon as my box arrives, but I wanted to show you the box ASAP as it’s guaranteed to sell out quickly!

The Lookfantastic Christmas Edition Beauty Box 2020 obviously has a festive theme, and includes three full sized products this month. The Lookfantastic Beauty boxes always offer at least £50 worth of value, but this month’s box features over £130 worth of value which is amazing!

Kicking off with the first product, and this one product alone is worth £98 which is insane. It’s the AVANT Pro Radiance Brightening Eye Final Touch (10ml) which costs £83 more than the box does, which just emphasises how impressive the Lookfantastic boxes are.

This is an eye cream which features powerful shimmering properties. The mica aims to reflect light from the skin to create a smoother, softer and more radiant complexion. Whilst Propanediol aims to promote better penetration of ingredients to help improve hydration while providing a more even surface to the skin.

The next product in the Lookfantastic Christmas Edition Beauty Box 2020 is the Brushworks Double-Ended Eye Brush Duo which is obviously full size, and is worth £3.99 and features a super sleek white wooden handle with rose gold metallic ferrules. One side of the brush is a flat shader brush for packing shadow onto the lids, whilst the opposite end of the brush is an angled liner brush for perfecting your eyeliner, and doubles up as an eyebrow brush too.

Then we have the Percy & Reed Reassuringly Firm Session Hold Hairspray in a 50ml handbag size worth £6. This is an ultra fine, humidity resistant hair spray offering flexible, yet reassuringly firm hold which is said to be completely invisible to the eye, without any stickiness. It also doubles up as an heat protectant too, as well as being brushable, so you can style and restyle with ease.

The next product inside the Lookfantastic Christmas Edition Beauty Box 2020 is the Jecca Blac Glow Drops in the shade – Champagne 20ml which is full size, and worth £16. This is a basically a liquid illuminator which you can apply to bare skin under your foundation as a radiant primer, mix with your foundation for an extra glow, or you can apply it over the top of your foundation as a highlighter. They are said to have a lightweight formula which helps to revive dull complexions, and is a perfect addition to the festive beauty box.

If you love eyeshadows or theBalm, you’ll love the next product. Every box this month is going to receive one shade of the theBalm Petal to the Metal Va Va Vroom Cream Eyeshadow, and the shades will differ from box to box, so we have the mystery factor of not knowing what we’ll receive which is always fun. It is a cream eyeshadow formula, and comes in a cardboard compact.

The last product in the Lookfantastic Christmas Edition Beauty Box 2020 is a mystery product again, as we’ll get one of two products; we’ll either get the REN Atlantic Kelp And Magnesium Energising Lotion 50ml OR we’ll get the Medik8 Hydr8 BH5 Liquid Rehydration Serum 10ml.

The REN Atlantic Kelp Body Lotion is an easily absorbed body cream formulated with Atlantic Kelp Extract to help nourish, smooth and tone by replenishing skin with moisture and essential minerals. Whereas the Medik8 Hydr8 BH5 Liquid Rehydration Serum is an intensely hydrating serum designed to work on every layer of the skin for a smoother, more supple complexion. Both products sound lovely, and perfect for dry skin over the winter months.
