I’ve raved about YesStyle a few times on my blog, so when I was asked if I’d like to try some other products that YesStyle had to offer, I couldn’t have been more on board. I placed my first ever YesStyle haul back in 2019, and I’ve gone on to order more via their website ever since my first order. They offer an amazing selection of K Beauty brands and products, with some really great discounts too.
The delivery time to the UK definitely varies. Before the pandemic, it’d be maybe ten days at the absolute max but this YesStyle beauty haul did take a full month to arrive. It wasn’t a problem having to wait, but the delivery time used to be around a week to ten days, so it is a big difference having to wait for a full month for my order to arrive.
YesStyle Beauty Haul
One of the products I discovered thanks to YesStyle is the Kao Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence which is the best facial sun protection product I’ve ever tried, so I knew I had to order a backup for when my current tube is finished. This SPF is so often raved about, and I can totally see why.
They didn’t have this exact same name/packaging this time, but I ordered the Biore UV Aqua Rich Light Up Essence SPF 50+ hoping it’d be the same, and it isn’t sadly. The old version had a watery, gel consistency which absorbed very quickly, but the Biore UV Aqua Rich Light Up Essence SPF 50+ is more of a lotion. It absorbs OK, and still feels lightweight, but it’s not the same product which is a little disappointing.
The next product I got in my YesStyle Beauty Haul was the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask in the Apple Lime scent. I tried their Lip Sleeping Mask in my first haul via a mini size you can buy on the YesStyle website, but I knew I wanted to try one of the delicious scents they had on offer.
I love the Lip Sleeping Mask, it’s essentially a glossy lip balm which can be applied before bed, but also whenever you want to. It comes with a little silicone spatula, and the scent is very subtle, but it’s such a great lip balm treatment.
Moving on to the makeup products within my YesStyle Beauty Haul, I chose the Etude House Face Color Shading Powder, which is a contour powder. There are three shades available, and they’re matte cool toned shades to help you achieve a natural, shadow effect on the skin.
My pan did arrive loose, but it’s easy enough to superglue it back into the compact. On the YesStyle website, they give you customer reviews for the products, and everyone appeared to rave about this powder, so I decided to give it a try.
I chose shade #03 Gentle Shadow which is perfect for my super pale skintone. It is a very soft, yet blendable powder which is ideal for contouring, as it looks natural, and it reminds me of a more affordable version of the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder.
My second Etude House product within my YesStyle Beauty Haul is the adorable Etude House Lovely Cookie Blusher, which I’ve always wanted to try as the packaging is so cute. It’s a domed compact, complete with a white fluffy powder puff with a little pink bow.
This cute little blusher is available in 17 different shades which is an impressive shade range, and I opted for Peach Vanilla Cream as it looked like the prettiest pastel peach hue.
It’s the palest pastel peach which won’t work on skintones any deeper than mine, but if you have super pale skin like mine, it’s such a subtle peach, and I love it! Peach blushers are always my favourite, but I would definitely order more of these blushers, as they’re just lovely.
My last Etude House product in my YesStyle Beauty Haul was a little disappointing, but it’s the Etude House Bling Bling Eye Stick in the shade Galaxy Daystar. There are twelve shades to choose from, and they’re only £5 each.
It’s basically a cream eyeshadow stick, but it’s very hard, and you have to press hard to get the level of pigment shown in these swatches which isn’t ideal on the delicate skin of the eyelids. It’s a shame, as the colour is a pretty pinky toned taupe, and I know I’d get a lot of wear out of it.
The last product in my YesStyle Beauty Haul is from the brand Peripera, which is a brand I’ve heard a lot about, but never tried before. I chose the Peripera Sugar Twinkle Liquid Eyeshadow, which looked like a potential dupe for the Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter and Glow Eyeshadows which I love.
There are nine shades to choose from, and I chose the shade Pink Vanilla 012, but they all looked so pretty. The packaging is cute, with a pink iridescent lid, and clear plastic tube. The shades all have a doefoot applicator, which works really well to apply the shadow directly onto the eyelids.
Pink Vanilla is a pale pink with a golden shift, and this photo doesn’t do it justice. It’s beautiful, and looks amazing worn alone, or layered over the top of any eyeshadow colour. I think this liquid eyeshadow is my favourite item from the whole YesStyle beauty haul, and I will 100% be purchasing more shades in my next YesStyle beauty haul.
