The Lacura Moisture Boost Hydrating Gel Moisturiser is a product I’d been dying to try for a long time, after reading lots of comparison posts between it and the Clinique Moisture Surge Moisturiser, which is one of my favourite moisturisers.
Lacura Moisture Boost Hydrating Gel Moisturiser
“If you’re looking to add something new to your beauty routine, why not try the Lacura Moisture Boost Moisturiser.
Keep your skin looking plumped, smooth and soft with the addition of this moisturiser. Sure to get you feeling and looking as confident as ever this intense moisturiser is ideal helping with fine dry lines.”
Aldi’s beauty range is hard to stay informed about, as they’re constantly launching new products, and then discontinuing products. To then bring said products back months in the future.
So if you ever see something instore or on their website that you like, I’d highly recommend purchasing it, as there’s a massive chance it won’t be available next time you look.
The Lacura Moisture Boost Hydrating Gel Moisturiser is £4.99 and contains 50ml of product within a weighty, clear glass jar. The moisturiser has a pale pink colour, and a gel formula, just like the Clinique Moisture Surge Moisturiser.
The Clinique Moisture Surge Moisturiser is something I must have repurchased five or six times over the years, it really is that amazing, so I’m always sceptical to try ‘dupes’ as they rarely ever deliver.
However, the Lacura Moisture Boost Hydrating Gel Moisturiser is the most similar dupe I’ve ever tried. They even have the same scent and consistency.
They’re both soothing, cooling and refreshing to apply, and they offer a decent amount of hydration without ever leaving my skin feeling overloaded making them perfect for applying before makeup.
The Clinique version is £38, so to get the Lacura Moisture Boost Hydrating Gel Moisturiser for only £4.99 is such a steal, and one I’d really recommend trying if you like an hydrating moisturiser.
