The Huda Beauty Chocolate Brown Mini Obsessions Palette is one of three palettes which launched back in March, and I’ve already shared my review of the Toffee Brown Mini Obsessions Palette, and today it’s all about the Huda Beauty Chocolate Brown Palette.
All three of the mini palettes feature amazing tortoiseshell print packaging which looks very chic, and the shadows inside the palettes are just as amazing as the packaging.
Huda Beauty Chocolate Brown Mini Obsessions Palette
“Infused with divine swirls of toffee, caramel and chocolate, these Brown Obsessions mimic the dreamy tortoiseshell designs that Huda is obsessed with. Effortlessly easy to master, these sumptuously pigmented palettes feature four delectable finishes in complementary tones that look ravishing on every skin tone.“
The Huda Beauty Chocolate Brown Mini Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette is £27, and features nine square pans inside a square shaped compact just like the rest of the Huda Beauty Mini Obsessions Palettes. I own nearly every single one of Mini Obsessions Palettes, except the Pastel collection, and I absolutely love them.
I love that they’re nice and compact, and that they each have their very own colour story. My favourite thing about the Huda Beauty Mini Obsessions Palettes, is that they all contain a mixture of finishes too, and the Huda Beauty Chocolate Brown Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette is no different, and I think it’s my favourite palette from the three.
The Huda Beauty Chocolate Brown Mini Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette has a tortoiseshell effect on the lid, and the plastic is a deep translucent berry colour, which complements the tones within the palette perfectly.
The other two palettes in the Brown Obsessions collection have deep brown and deep honey coloured plastic, and I love that they all have the same tortoiseshell print on the lids, but different coloured plastic, so you can easily tell them apart should you own more than one from the collection, like myself.
The Huda Beauty Chocolate Brown Mini Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette features buttery mattes, silky shimmers, high shine foils and marbled finish shadows too, just like the equally beautiful Toffee Brown Obsessions Palette. This palette is cooler toned than the Toffee and Caramel Brown Obsessions palettes, and it has a pretty burgundy and red undertone throughout.
This palette features more mattes than there are shimmers, and there are two very special marble shadows, which is one of my favourite shadow formulas from Huda Beauty. I would so love for them to create an entire palette with this formula as it’s so glossy on the lids.
All nine shades within the palette are super pigmented and easy to apply, and it’s such a wearable palette. I feel like this colour story would be amazing for autumn due to the berry tones, and I’ll be sure to share my review on the final palette within the collection; the Caramel Brown Obsessions Palette very soon.
