The Catrice Bronze Away To Panama Eyeshadow Palette launched as part of the Catrice summer 2021 collection, and I have no idea why nobody is talking about the collection, as it’s such a beautiful and affordable collection.
I’ve already shared a review on the Catrice Bronze Away To Costa Rica Face Palette, and that face palette is one of the best face palettes I’ve ever tried from any brand, never mind a drugstore brand, so I was excited to see what the eyeshadow palette was going to be like.
Catrice Bronze Away To Panama Eyeshadow Palette
The Catrice Bronze Away To Panama Eyeshadow Palette is just one of the products within the Catrice Bronze Away To… collection. In addition to this eyeshadow palette, there’s the aforementioned face palette (featuring bronzers and highlighters), a face + body brush, a setting spray (which I also own) and face + body bronzer.
All of the products within the Catrice Bronze Away To… collection have a palm leaf, and bronze foil design to the packaging, and everything looks beautiful, and I think it might be my favourite Catrice collection to date.
“Take me to the seaside! The nine highly pigmented shades of the Eyeshadow Palette are per-fectly aligned and inspire summery eye make-up styles.
In addition to warm, wearable col-ours, the intense turquoise and bright orange of the palette are sure to whisk beauty lovers away to the sea and make them dream of breathtaking sunsets on the Panama coast.
The finishes of the shades range from matte to shimmering to metallic. The high-quality packaging with an integrated mirror also brings an absolute holiday feeling to your make-up routine with its palm tree print.“
The Catrice Bronze Away To Panama Eyeshadow Palette is a nine pan eyeshadow palette, inside cardboard packaging, just like the face palette.
Normally, I wouldn’t love cardboard packaging, but I like this packaging on this collection. It’s lightweight, and not too bulky, with a mirror inside the lid, and the leaf print, with bronze foil accents look so chic and summery.
Catrice Bronze Away To Panama Eyeshadow Palette Swatches
These swatches are, as always, without any primer and done with a dry fingertip, and just look how pigmented and smooth they are. Sometimes drugstore brands struggle when it comes to mattes, but these mattes are unbelievably soft, pigmented and easy to blend.
In fact, the last four shades give me Natasha Denona Camel Palette vibes – both in terms of colour, and also quality, and that’s saying something, as I love the Natasha Denona eyeshadow formula.
I can’t believe the Catrice Bronze Away To Panama Eyeshadow Palette is just £7.99. It’s actually better quality than the new Urban Decay Naked Mini 3 Palette which just launched, which was a little disappointing, especially pigmentation.
So I’d skip that palette, and wholeheartedly recommend this palette instead. Yes it’s a completely different colour story, but the quality is considerably better, and it’s the most beautiful palette.
