The Revolution Prestige Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette launched back in July, and I knew it was a palette I needed in my life, as the shades all looked so rich and metallic, and the Reloaded Palettes, as a whole, are amazing.
Revolution Prestige Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette
“Introducing a boujee addition to the Reloaded family, Prestige. With a gorgeous mix of 10 soft pink and gold shimmers, this palette is every girl’s dream!“
The Revolution Prestige Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette is just £5, which blows my mind. The quality of the Reloaded Palettes really is up there with higher-end brands.
Recently, I’ve been testing the new Urban Decay Naked 3 Mini Palette and the new Tarte Lil Juicy Palette, and those palettes aren’t even close to being as amazing as this palette is, both in terms of pigmentation and wear time on the eyes, yet it costs a fraction of the price.
Sometimes the Reloaded Palettes are created to be very obvious dupes, but I don’t believe the Revolution Prestige Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette is actually a dupe for anything, but I could be wrong. It looks like a unique colour story, and it’s a beautiful colour story at that.
I can’t get over how pigmented, metallic and rich the shadows are within this palette. It is a very shimmer heavy palette, with only three true matte shades. However, the shimmers are so pigmented and metallic, they’re definitely the star formula within the palette, so I’m happy it’s a mostly shimmery palette.
The top row creates a really pretty, neutral everyday kind of makeup look. Then the two other rows are a little deeper with bronzes, berries, rose golds, golds and even a bright pink. It’s hard to believe these swatches are from a £5 palette, and I cannot recommend the Revolution Prestige Reloaded Eyeshadow Palette enough.
