Whenever Rimmel launch a new foundation, providing it doesn't have 'matte' within the name, I buy it. I tried Morgan Taylor for the first time last year with their Royal Temptations collection, and I was so impressed with the formula that I bought the Morgan Taylor Tiny Taggers set.
